HOW TO USE
Always spray BLITZ on the dry vinyl fabric. Do not pre-wet the vinyl surface. If you suspect there is an oily film or layer of dirt on the tent, clean with SHIPP's TENT CLEANER first. After it is completely dry then dilute the BLITZ up to 1 part chemical to 10 parts water. If the mildew is severe, feel free to mix as strong as 1 part chemical to 2 parts water. It is usually easier to apply using a garden sprayer that holds 2 to 3 gallons of solution and uses a handle to pump or pressurize the tank. Remember there are 4 quarts in a gallon and if you have a 2 gallon sprayer for instance, 1 quart part chemical to 7 quarts parts or water would be 1 to 7.
After spraying the affected area, wait and let it dwell on the surface for 15 to 20 minutes. If the mildew is excessive, it may help to lightly brush the area while it sits during the dwell time. Do not let it dry during the dwell time, and reapply if it begins to dry.
During the dwell time the mildew will begin to change color and disappear. After the dwell time is over, rinse the vinyl fabric with clean water. This may be done with a garden hose if outside or a mop and bucket if inside.
